since 1972, and through his own business for more than twenty
years. Ten thousand home sales later, his skills have developed

EDUCATION - David is one of the few local agents
to complete a formal real estate course. Real Estate has been

HOBBIES - David & Elizabeth, his wife of more
than 30 years, have recently become proud grandparents, with five
grandchildren. They have rural interests, follow most sports,
try and play golf, enjoy the beach, fishing and travelling.

Scott Deaves

Experience - Scott started with David Deane &
Associates in May 2000, coming from a 17 year career with Woolworth's
(Qld) Limited as a Retail Store Manager. Along with the Managerial
functions associated with that career Scott excelled in the field
of Customer Service - conducting numerous courses training others
in the importance of providing service second to none.
Scott is also an accredited Workplace Health and
Safety Officer and has undertaken many courses relating to Business,
Training and Personal Development. Scott regularly attends Real
Estate Sales Conferences (locally & interstate), attends workshops
relating to Information Technology for Real Estate and holds a
current registration certificate as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Scott is a firm believer in a couple of basic, simple

I am in my early 40's and have
a beautiful wife & 4 wonderful kids.

joined the team at David Deane Real Estate in 2001 and previously
had been in Hotels, Nightclubs & Restaurant Management for
15 years, responsible for advertising, promotions, entertainment
& recruitment.
When I started working in Real

George comes from a legal background.
He has over 17 years experience in Contract Law, Land Law, Conveyancing
and Construction Law. He has gained this valuable experience by
working under contract with the Shell Company of Australia, Morris
Fletcher & Cross (Minter Ellison) Solicitors, Project Management,
Nathan Lawyers and H Comino & Co.
George is now an valued member
of the David Deane Team. His main goal is to ensure that the administration
of contracts is completed in a timely and professional manner.
George has implemented a program to keep staff updated of all
the current legal requirements. The Property Agents and Motor
Dealers Act 2000 and the Practice Code of Conduct guidelines are
at all times strictly adhered to. This offers our customers peace
of mind that their affairs are professionally and ethically managed.

Sandy has worked for over 20 years in administrative
and I.T. roles in a variety of industry ranging from Real Estate

years in the I.T. field. She strives to maintain the strong internet

What instantly stands out about Belinda is
her strong communication skills and the personable nature

over the years has given her a broad and thorough knowledge
of all aspects of Real Estate including Administration,
Property Management, Trust Accounting and Residential Sales.
As well as her role as Senior Property Manager
Belinda also has the role of Customer Service Manager and
is responsible for the companies Marketing & Promotions.

Massey - Property Inspector
Joanne has recently left another local Real Estate to continue
her career with our team at David Deane. Working as a Senior
Property Manager previously, she has experienced all aspects
of Property Management and has over four years experience
in Real Estate. She also completed her Certificate IV in
Property in 2005. Joanne prides herself with her customer
service skills and is always very approachable and friendly.
Living in Pine Rivers for the last 25 years has given Joanne

Completing her degree in Business/Leisure management and
spending several years managing numerous major Fitness Centres,
Casey has now joined David Deane’s Property Management
team.
Casey prides herself on successfully completing challenging
tasks with a helping hand and a winning smile. Casey is
willing and completely capable of lending that helping hand
you need. She realised her passion for Real Estate after
buying her first investment property in 2006. She currently
owns two properties and can’t wait to build her portfolio
even more!
