The very next day the Principal Mark Rumsey phoned us and we arranged an appointment to discuss the sale. His suggestions of the various directions in achieving the best result convinced us to engage Mark to look after the sale of our property. He was very professional in his approach and advice. It was only a matter of 2 weeks that he found a buyer and at the price we asked. This also demonstrates that Mark is precise, definite, positive in the way he conducts his business. He performed the whole transaction as if he were selling his own place. We could not fault him in any way. He was matter of fact, friendly and did not put pressure on to make a quick decision.
